By accessing or using AIMLADS (aimlads.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

AIMLADS is operated as a product of Shioft Digital. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean AIMLADS and its operators.

AIMLADS is an AI and machine learning powered advertising platform that connects users with ad campaigns, tracks engagement, and manages rewards such as points and vouchers.

We may update features, algorithms, campaign availability, and payout structures at any time to improve performance, compliance, or user experience.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use AIMLADS. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Depending on your account type, you may participate as a user, advertiser, or administrator. Each role has different permissions and responsibilities on the platform.

• Users may browse campaigns, earn points, redeem vouchers, and participate in referral programs where available.
• Advertisers may create and manage campaigns, review performance reports, and integrate tracking or postback systems.
• Administrators manage platform settings, offers, users, and related operational functions.

Campaign availability may vary by geography, device, behavior signals, and other targeting criteria used by our AI and machine learning systems.

Points, vouchers, and other rewards are granted according to campaign rules, conversion tracking, and platform policies. We reserve the right to review, adjust, reverse, or withhold rewards in cases of fraud, invalid traffic, technical error, or policy violation.

Rewards have no cash value unless explicitly stated and are not transferable except as permitted by the platform.

You agree not to misuse AIMLADS. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Generating fake clicks, leads, installs, or conversions.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate campaign performance or rewards.
• Attempting to bypass geo-targeting, fraud detection, or security controls.
• Uploading malware, scraping the platform without permission, or interfering with service availability.
• Violating applicable laws, third-party rights, or advertiser campaign terms.

Campaigns may link to third-party websites, products, or services. AIMLADS does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, offers, pricing, or fulfillment.

Your relationship with advertisers is subject to their own terms in addition to these Terms of Service.

The AIMLADS name, branding, software, design, and platform content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform except as permitted by law or with our written consent.

AIMLADS is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, specific campaign results, or minimum earnings.

AI-driven recommendations and targeting are provided for convenience and optimization and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIMLADS and Shioft Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you earned through the platform in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if no such earnings exist.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms, create risk for the platform or other users, or as required by law.

You may stop using AIMLADS at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of AIMLADS after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Shioft Digital operates the service, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of AIMLADS should first be raised with us at support@aimlads.com so we can attempt to resolve it informally.
